Location
Our wines come from vineyards in La Consulta, San Carlos.
Growing the grapes
Producing high quality wines, as the ones we seek, requires all
year round work in the vineyards.
Everything starts with the winter pruning taking into account the
load of grapes in each vine left until thinning the bunches.
Since we seek quality, the harvest is only 7000 kgs per hectare
approximately. The low production of fruit, thorough management
of irrigation, proper trimming of vegetation near the grapes, and
carefull nurturing allows us to obtain grapes with an excellent
concentration of polyphenols.
